Our members can enjoy numerous stand-alone services as part of their membership, but also have the option to conveniently add extra services not included in the membership on a pay-as-you-go basis at special discounted rates. Non-members are also welcome to access our stand-alone services. Importantly, everyone can take advantage of our transparent fixed fee pricing, eliminating any confusion associated with outdated time-based fee structures.

Joining is easy. Review the options here and select the membership that fits your business needs. If you need help selecting a plan, schedule a consultation to ensure our services are the right fit for your business’ needs and gain insight into next steps.

Once you join, we complete a conflicts check, and you will have access to all client benefits within 48 hours. We will keep you updated throughout and following successful completion of the checks, you will receive a welcome email. 

Whilst we would love to add everyone to our Talk Employment Family, we do limit the number of new clients each quarter to ensure we are able to provide our white-glove service. If we are not currently accepting new members the option will be greyed out and you can, if you wish, subscribe to our waiting list.

When you join us you can choose between annual or monthly billing. If you opt for monthly billing, we will charge you for your monthly membership fee using the account on record and on the same date every month that you originally joined us. All subscriptions are for a 12 month minimum period. 

If you are experiencing problems with billing, please message us in your secure client portal or email info@talkemployment.co.uk and a team member will assist you.

The short answer, no.

The Talk Employment memberships are focused on providing a selection of employment/recruitment law services. As a result, there are services that are not included in your membership. For those services, we offer competitive flat fees to all clients or if you require assistance outside of our practice areas, we can reach out to our network of lawyers to help you address your need.

Your in membership monthly calls can be scheduled in our membership portal.

If you would like to schedule any additional calls outside of your membership plan you can also do this via the portal and these will be invoiced separately.
